I’m loving how I feel after I listen to them! I’ve even started sleeping a LOT better and find I need less sleep (one of the entrainment audios is “Massively Reduce Sleep.”

I feel less lethargic and wake up much more refreshed.

Couple this with my healthier eating and supplements, and I’m rockin’! People at work have noticed a difference as well. My boss said yesterday, “Whatever you’re doing, keep it up!”
