How does it feel to hear the words, "your brilliance?"
Does it make you uncomfortable?
Do you feel like it's talking about someone else?
Do you feel the need to make a joke out of it?
Have you ever thought of yourself as brilliant?
If so... great! You're on the right track!
If not...
why not?
You are a remarkable human being!
There never has been and never will be again anyone j
ust like you.
You have incredible gifts that no one else has.
The trick is to figure out what they are.
Every person is brilliant in his or her own way.
For instance, my daughter, Danielle, has a natural way of making people feel at ease. She's got a great sense of humor and a smile that can light up a room.
My husband can pick up a guitar and have me in tears within a minute. (no, not because it's bad - he's incredibly gifted.)
But the unfortunate part about it is this... He doesn't realize it!
He thinks it's no big deal; that anyone could do it.
How many people do you know that downplay their gifts?
Are you one of those people?
If so, then wake up to your own brilliance!
If you really don't have a clue what your personal gifts may be, take a clue from what makes you feel good.
What makes your heart sing?
Chances are, that very thing is wrapped around your gift.
It's your job to unwrap it and share it.
Today, sit back and think about what really makes you feel good and focus on what your very own gift may be. Once you get a glimpse of what you can accomplish, somehow it comes a little more into focus.
Once you gain that focus, it's amazing how quickly and easily your gifts reveal themselves to you.
Are you ready to wake up to your own incredible brilliance?
