It's this kind of thinking that STICKS in people's minds. And as I said in my email to you the other day, this is the kind of stuff I need to hear. The reminders to live for today and to be grateful for what life has given you. There need to be enough reminders until it becomes a habit to think that way. Stuff like Elfin Magic helps.
