This is a great FREE program you can download to your computer and keep a daily gratitude journal. It has a place to add your list as well as a place to add comments. I have been using it in the following way:
I add my intentions for the day and my “to do” list in the comments section in the morning and add my grateful list at night. It’s been working great for me. It’s very versatile, so adapt it to what feel right for you.
I’m definitely grateful they’re giving it away free!
